Turning 2!

Last year for Malea's party invitations I dressed her up and took a bunch of pictures of her holding a "1".  The pictures turned out really cute so I decided to start a tradition and do the same thing this year with a "2".  I thought I'd share my craft since it was fun and didn't cost me anything. :)

Tore off a piece of cardboard from the Jeep Malea got for Christmas. :)

Didn't quite get my "2" right the first time around.  Good think I was planning on painting it!

Used the left over paint from when we had to redo the crown molding in our bathroom.

Sunroof love

Today I am thankful for my sunroof. I LOVE having a sunroof. Up until I got my ML in July, I hadn't had a sunroof for about 5 years and man did I miss it! I know to some people having a sunroof isn't a big deal, and they probably wouldn't use it that much, but I love mine and I use it every chance I get. Today was a perfect day for opening the sunroof: nice and cold outside with the heater blasting on my feet inside... ahhh, it's love. I know this is pretty random but today it really hit me how much I'm thankful for my sunroof so I thought you all should know. :)

Cruisin'

I just had to post this because I think it's so cute. It's Parker and Malea cruisin' around the backyard in Malea's Jeep. I just love that Parker is driving a pink Jeep.

Tea for three please

Malea got a tea set for Christmas and she loves it. For some reason she also loves to have tea parties on the floor in the laundry room. I don't really get it but it's pretty cute. She says, "mommy, daddy in room now please." Then we have to sit on the floor while she serves us tea, coffee or whatever is on the menu for that day. This is a picture of Kathy and Auntie Heather enjoying a tea party last night, it was a girls only party. :)

A few favorite Christmas moments

We have had 2 Christmases already! It is so fun with our kids at these ages (2 1/2, 22months, 9months). The cousins have so much fun opening gifts and playing with each others toys, for being so young they are all very good share-ers. Here are a few of my favorite moments so far!

5 years!

In honor of our 5 year anniversary I thought I would post some wedding pictures. It was a beautiful wedding, everything about it was perfect. Nathan did an awesome job officiating and we were so blessed to be joined by so many of our friends and family. I hope you enjoy them.

Pig tales

This afternoon I bought some little rubber bands at Target and decided to put Malea's hair in pig tales for the first time.  I can't believe how long her hair is!  I think she looks pretty cute with her new hair-do. :)

Okay Billy just gave me the rundown on how to do pictures on my mac so here are a few pictures of Malea.

Malea is 2 months today!!!

I know that I have been really bad about posting pictures--well blogs in general--so here are a few pictures for all of my friends that live far away and never get to see her. :) We went to the doctor on Monday and she is 10lbs 12oz and 23 1/4" long! She's getting so big so quickly!

2 month picture!

Here are a few new pictures of Malea because I'm a new mom and because that's what new moms do, they shamelessly flaunt pictures of their new babies anywhere and everywhere they can! :)

Here she is dressed up for dinner Friday night. We were the most popular people at CR Gibbs. Every table wanted to see her, I felt like we were famous or something!
